At Lux Sneakers UK all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are only shipped between Monday-Friday, always using a tracked service. 

Domestic Orders

UK orders shipped via DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail next day delivery (after being processed) - £4.99 

EU & International Orders

We offer shipping to all countries worldwide.

EU & International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, DPD, Parcelforce 3-7 Days (after being processed) - £ dependent on destination

Delivery times & prices will vary depending on the country. 

International & EU customers are responsible for any customs, taxes or charges applied by the courier to your order, this is not the responsibility of Lux Sneakers UK. Please check with your country's customs office before placing an order if customs charges will be due when receiving the item(s).

Although we pride ourselves in shipping products in the best and safest possible manner, Lux Sneakers UK is not responsible for any damages which occur to item(s) during shipping. If an item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us so we can compare to our photograph's taken prior to shipping and confirm as well as provide evidence that the item(s) were not shipped damaged, unless the item(s) purchased was marked as damaged on www.luxsneakersuk.com.
